Martha Ann Chauncey
HOMERVILLE — Martha Ann Lloyd Chauncey, 79, passed away Wednesday (Dec. 2, 2015) at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, Fla., following an extended illness.
She was born June 6, 1936 in Manor, daughter of the late Andrew Clayton Lloyd and Winnie Branch Lloyd. She was retired from Fredricks of Hollywood as a retail manager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Clinton Chauncey, two brothers, Talmadge Lloyd and Andrew Ray Lloyd, and one sister, Vivian Lloyd Freeman.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Melody and Rocky Adams, of Tampa, Fla.; four sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Mary Chauncey, Gary and Glenna Chauncey, Greg Chauncey and Keven Chauncey, all of Tampa, Fla.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Rosa Lloyd, of Waycross, and Harold and Terri Lloyd, of Homerville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Arnold Smith, of Manor, and Betty and Mack Morrison, of Waycross; four grandchildren, Clint, Scott (Loriel), Michelle and Danielle; five great-grandchildren, Andrew, Treyton, Faith, Clayton and Layla; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home.
Interment will be in the Chauncey Cemetery in Homerville.
The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roundtree Funeral Home.
