•Drugs: Donna Larry, 59, and Maria Cady Lee, 48, both of the 5400 block of Buck Road; arrested on drug charges; Larry is charged with two counts of sale of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule II drug (hydrocodone) with intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a Schedule IV drug (tramadol) with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana; Lee is charged with possession of marijuana; Ware County deputies executed a search warrant at the Buck Road home at 3:41 p.m. Wednesday following an investigation into the sale of narcotics at the mobile home; lawmen seized a quantity of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, tramadol and marijuana, a set of scales and a stack of small plastic bags used in the distribution of drugs; both were taken to the Ware County jail; participating in the execution of the search warrant were Sgt. Robert Weiss, Sgt. Hope Salinas, Detective James Cox, Detective Tron Lewis, Deputy Brian Newman, Sgt. Michael Ray and Waycross Police Lt. Scott Rowell and WPD Detective Greg Kenlaw.
•Theft: a tan Yeti Tundra 45 cooler valued at $350 was reported stolen at a house on Manchester Street sometime prior to Wednesday; Ware County detectives are investigating.
•Theft: a Haywood brand pool vacuum valued at $1,250 was reported stolen from behind a house on Jimmy Howell Road between Dec. 18 and Wednesday; Ware County detectives are investigating.
•Drugs: Isaac Roberts, 20, Summit Street; charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, underage drinking and obstruction of an officer; Waycross police observed him in the 600 block of Oak Street at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday and realized he had been drinking alcohol; the officer attempted to take him into custody and he struggled with them; after taking him into custody, he was found in possession of cocaine and marijuana; he was taken to the Ware County jail.
•Burglary: a push mower, a weedeater and a rake were reported stolen out of a shed behind a house in the 800 block of Daniel Street between 5 and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday; Waycross police said the owner named a possible suspect in the case; a lock on the shed was cut for entry; Waycross police are investigating.
•Theft: some checks have been reported stolen at a business in the 700 block of Garlington Avenue; the checks went missing between 8 a.m. Dec. 23 and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday; Waycross police are investigating.
