BAXLEY — A Wayne County man was killed Tuesday when his vehicle crashed into the back of a truck on Georgia Highway 27, said the Georgia State Patrol.
Andrew Haman, 68, of Odum, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, said the GSP.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, Haman crashed into the back of a Georgia Department of Transportation truck Tuesday afternoon.
Troopers say the GDOT truck was spraying chemicals onto the center median with its warning lights on when the crash occurred.
The accident remains under investigation.
