Shanique Bellamy
Shanique Shanice Bellamy, 24, of 618 Owens St., Waycross, passed early Saturday morning (Nov. 7, 2015) from a fatal gunshot wound.
She was the daughter of Latonya Miles and the granddaughter of Sherry Butler.
The family is receiving friends at the residence.
A list of survivors and time of service will be announced later by Range Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Winnie C. Wade, 83, died Sunday evening (Nov. 8, 2015) at Baptist Village Retirement Communities following an extended illness.

Barbara Sue Jude
Barbara Sue McCumbers Utley Jude, 61, died Sunday (Nov. 8, 2015) at Mayo Clinic Health System at Waycross following a brief illness.
She was a native of Lyons, daughter of the late Elbert McCumbers and Elsie Louse Wheeler McCumbers. She formerly owned and operated a child daycare.
Survivors include a son, Douglas D. Utley (wife, Alanna) ,of Darlington, S.C.; a daughter, Rebecca Louise Utley, of Darlington, S.C.; two grandchildren, Kevin Douglas Bryant and Mya Louise Bryant; a sister, Peggy Ann McCumbers, of Indiana; three brothers, Kenneth McCumbers (wife, Maryann), Wendell McCumbers (wife, Nancy), both of Augusta, and Kalvin McCumbers, of Waynesboro; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorialization will be by cremation.

Vivian Lee Hiers
Vivian Lee Andrew Hiers, 68, of Mershon, passed away Friday (Nov. 6, 2015) at Hospice Satilla Hospice House following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Melbourne, Fla., Jan. 28, 1947, she lived in Pierce County most of her adult life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Walkerville Baptist Church. She was an excellent cook and loved to fish and mow her lawn. She dearly loved her family and doted on her grandchildren.
She was a daughter of the late Ulna F. Andrew Jr. She was also preceded in death a great-grandson, Hunter Starling.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy E. Hiers Sr., of Mershon; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy “Jimbo” and Cheryl Hiers Jr., of Mershon, and Robbie and Angie Hiers, of Waycross; her mother, Sara Hodges Andrew Gamble, of Glen Saint Mary, Fla.; a sister, Elizabeth Grissom, of Jacksonville; a brother and sister-in-law, Ulna F. and Zannie Andrew III, of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren, Heather (Albert) Starling, Greg (Lindsey) LeGette, Robbie and Shelby Hiers Jr., Summer Hiers, Emily and Shane Carter, Erin and Jordan Cason, Brandon Maxwell and Lacey Hiers; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The funeral was to be held this morning at 11 o’clock at Walkerville Baptist Church.
Interment is in the Ramah Cemetery.

Burial was in Cox Creek Cemetery.

BLACKSHEAR — The funeral for Mildred Youmans, 91, was held Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating were Dr. Bill Young, the Rev. Randall Gunter and the Rev. Joe Thigpen.
Interment was in the Waters Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Wendell Day, Charles Bryant, David Pittman, Wesley Walker, Richard Blythe Jr. and Jerry Walker.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the Alert Sunday School class, members of the Blackshear High School class of 1942, and Sandra Boatright, Rick Allmon, Jessie Lewis, Glenda Dowling, Pam Taylor, Ferrell Bryant and Ruby Pittman.

BLACKSHEAR — The funeral for Travis Lamar Crawford, 59, was held Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating were Larry Crawford, the Rev. Franklin Peacock and the Rev. Chris Crawford.
Interment was in the Shiloh Cemetery with full military honors provided by Fort Stewart.
Active pallbearers were members of the Fort Stewart Funeral Detail.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the American Legion Post 181.

A funeral for Mattie Lee Stokes Devers was held Friday afternoon at Cornerstone Church of God with Brother Brian Powell officiating.
Burial followed in Shiloh Cemetery in Blackshear.
Honorary pallbearers were the Senior Adult Sunday School Class and the Thursday Bible Study Group.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Smart, Reese Hickox, R.J. Martin, Josh Sanders, Johnny Hodges and Mike Peacock.
