Annie Ruth Coley
Annie Ruth Farr Coley, 85, of Waycross, died Friday morning (May 22, 2015) at Baptist Village.
She was born in Waycross to the late Ralph and Iona Farr and lived here most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley Lee Coley Jr., son-in-law, Richard Dixon, and five of her siblings.
Survivors include three children, Harry Lee Coley (wife, Margaret), of Richmond Hill, Ann Thigpen (husband, Travis), of Richmond, Va., and Carolyn Dixon, of Waycross; six grandchildren, Scott Coley, Renee’ Voegelin, Jennifer Witt, Mandy Moye, Rick Dixon and Daniel Thigpen; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, George Farr (wife, Carol), of Waycross; one sister, Leila Whatel, of New Orleans, La.; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.

Anthony Nicholas Haddad, 25, of Blackshear, died May 1, 2015 in Houston, Texas.
A full obituary is to be released later, according to Hart Funeral Home.
A memorial service will take place Thursday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Hart Funeral Home in Blackshear.

Stanley Allan Mingo
A funeral for Stanley Allan Mingo was held Friday morning at Music Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott O’Neal and the Rev. Bobby Wood officiating.
Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Cook, Bill Cox, Aaron Mingo, Caleb Mingo, Cason Mingo and Mike Thompson.
Music Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
