Otis David Peace
Otis David Peace, 46, of Livingston, Mont., passed away suddenly Saturday (June 18, 2016) in Jacksonville, Fla.
He was a native of Ware County, son of the late Elbert David Peace and Glenda Sue Varnadore Luke. He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Christine Peace. He was a Merchant Marine and served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two brothers, Rufus Peace (Katharina), of Livingston, Mont. and Devant Luke (Rhonda), of Lawton, Okla.; two sisters, Susan Hendricks, of Waycross, and Angela Colchado (Jose), of Seneca, Mo.
A graveside service was held Saturday (June 25, 2016) at 11 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Dixon officiating.

Betty Hayes Oliver
Taylor Funeral Home of Waynesboro announces the death and funeral of Betty Hayes Oliver, 85, of Victory Drive, Waynesboro, who died Wednesday (June 22, 2016) at Burke Medical Center.
The funeral was held 3 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Waynesboro, 802 North Liberty St., Waynesboro, with the Rev. Sam Wilder and Craig Hutto officiating.
The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial was in the Magnolia Cemetery, Waynesboro.
Pallbearers were Woody Hayes, Randy Hayes, Alan Williams, Adam Crews, Clint Davis and Brantley Mallard.
She was born in Emanuel County and lived most of her life in Waynesboro. She was a retired bookkeeper and secretary and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waynesboro.
She was a graduate of Waynesboro High School.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Oliver Pickle, sisters, Edna Hayslip, Wanette Williams and Bobbie Nell Odom, and brother, Durwood Hayes.
She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, the Rev. Tom Oliver, of Waynesboro; daughter, Debbie Oliver MacDonald (John), of Waynesboro; son, Ricky Oliver (Connie), of Waycross; sister-in-law, Joyce Hayes, of Waynesboro; son-in-law, Lyn Pickle, of Adel; grandchildren, Cori Crews, Jamie Mallard, Jill Davis, Leah Robinson and Ross Pickle; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Mallard, Brylie Mallard and Tucker Crews.

A funeral for Miss Maria Michelle Gray took place Saturday morning in the Music Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ashley Corbett officiating.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Frank Bailey, Jerry Milligan, Jeryl Tuten, Tommy Gray Jr., Rita Barber and Kenna Milligan.

PATTERSON — The funeral for Judy Sinclair Douberly, 60, was held Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Officiating were the Rev. I.B. Boyette and Pastor Marshall Dixon.
Interment was in the New Home Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Jamie Sinclair, Jeremy Clark, Austin Hughes, Houston Douberly, Cole Douberly and Christopher Douberly.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the Senior Adult Sunday school class.
