Mary Wildes Mixon died Monday night (Dec. 7, 2015) at Baptist Village Retirement Communities.
The funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Music Funeral Home.
Mary M. Harrell
Mary Mullis Harrell, 90, of St. Augustine, Fla., formerly of Waycross, died Sunday evening (Dec. 6, 2015) at the Stephens Memorial Home in St. Augustine, Fla., after an extended illness.
She was born in Waycross to the late Hiram Lester and Thelma Mills Mullis. She lived in Waycross most of her life where she was a waitress at the Holiday Inn Restaurant for 19 years and a member of Second Baptist Church. She moved to St. Augustine, Fla., in 2000.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lancie A. Harrell, one son, Michael Lancie Harrell, four brothers, David Mullis, Hiram Mullis, Clancey Mullis and Thermon Mullis.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynda Alice Hensley (husband, Mark), of St. Augustine, Fla., and Sharon Elizabeth Morgan (husband, Wayne), of Jacksonville, Fla.; four grandchildren, Jonathan Morgan (wife, Sarah), David Morgan, Timothy Morgan (wife, Lauren), and Rebekah Morgan; two great-grandchildren, Noah and Riley; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Second Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon beginning at 1 o’clock at the church.

Mary Sweat Hooper
HOMERVILLE — Mary Dean Sweat Hooper, 71, passed away Monday (Dec. 7, 2015) at South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta, following a brief illness.
She was born July 11, 1944, in Ware County, to the late Bishop Milton O. Sweat and Marcella Louise Corbitt Sweat. She was a self-employed professional nanny and attended the Church of God of Prophecy.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Oglesby and Marcella Louise Sweat.
Survivors are her husband, the Rev. Billy L. Hooper, of Homerville; one son and daughter-in-law, Milton and Krystal Hooper, of Nashville, Tenn.; four sisters, Nolie Musgrove, of Newberry, Fla., Doleita Busscher, of Lake City, Fla., Annie Ruth Steedley, of Fargo, and Diane Landley, of Carrolton; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Anna Lee W. Oneal
JESUP — Anna Lee Westmoreland Oneal, 56, of Jesup, died late Sunday night (Dec. 6, 2015) at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah after an extended illness.
Born in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of Richard Allen Westmoreland and Merle Innette Steedley Westmoreland.
She was a homemaker and loving wife and mother. She enjoyed her aquarium very much along with working in her garden and spending time with her precious granddaughters. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Jackson “Jack” Lee Oneal; a son and daughter-in-law, J.J and Pauline Oneal; her daughter and her fiancé, Angel Mackenzie and James Dennis; two granddaughters, Alyssa and Zoey Mackenzie, all of Jesup; a brother and sister-in-law, Richie Westmoreland Jr. and Amy, of Nahunta; grandmother, Dorothy Mae Steedley, of Nahunta; also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta with the Rev. Jeffery Barwick officiating.
