Ware County Sheriff Randy Royal announced the arrest Wednesday of a Swamp Road man who is accused of burglarizing a nearby house and pawning the items for money.
Jonathan Cecil Pack, 24, of the 2600 block of Swamp Road, was arrested Wednesday on charges of theft by deception and theft by receiving stolen property, aid Royal. He was being held in the Ware County jail.
Pack is accused of entering a house on Swamp Road between Jan. 27 and Feb. 17 and taking an Xbox 360 game system and 13 Nintendo video games. The items were located at a local pawn shop and all were recovered, said Royal.
Detective Mike Thrift conducted the investigation and effected the arrest.
